LexConv — a growth partner for African small industry

We don't hand out jobs. We grow the businesses that do.

We help small industry across Africa scale their sales — any sector. Hiring follows growth. BPO and Web3 support comes in wherever it genuinely helps.

How growth becomes jobs

LexConv partners with small businesses — any industry — and takes on their growth: more sales, more reach, more capacity. As a business grows past its current ceiling, it hires. That's the mechanism. We don't place candidates in jobs; we build the conditions that make hiring necessary.

In practice, that growth work takes whatever shape the sector needs. Sometimes it looks like BPO — contact centers, back-office, data and voice operations. Sometimes it looks like Web3 — on-chain operations, community management, technical support. Same mission, different toolkit.

That's the model: fewer promises about jobs, more work on the growth that actually produces them.

How we work

  • 01

    Assess

We look at the business and find the real ceiling on its growth.

  • 02

    Build

We run the sales and growth motion ourselves, inside the business.

  • 03

    Grow

Sales increase. Hiring becomes necessary, not aspirational.

  • 04

    Share

We take a share of the growth we create — commission first, equity as the partnership deepens.

About

I'm Subham, and I lead LexConv. I grew up in Bhawanipatna, Odisha, in a family with roots in farming and cooperative societies — small margins, shared risk, and a working assumption that people do better when they're pulled into a system, not handed something outside it. That's the logic LexConv runs on.

LexConv is founder-led today, with a dedicated team coming as the model proves out in-market.

Outside LexConv, I run the Padmini Foundation, named after my mother, supporting young female athletes in East Africa, starting in Burundi. Different sport, same conviction: build the structure people can grow into, don't wait for someone else to build it for them.
